Business use only
This site is informational and for licensed cannabis businesses. It is not an offer to sell, advertise or distribute cannabis, and nothing here is directed at consumers.
Eligibility
You must be 21 or older. Our services are offered only to duly licensed operators. By sending an inquiry you represent that you hold the licenses your project requires, and we may ask for license details. We may decline any inquiry.
Federal law
Cannabis remains a Schedule I controlled substance under the federal Controlled Substances Act. This site does not encourage violation of federal law. Production happens at state-licensed partner facilities, and PRIMETIME does not itself hold a cannabis license.
Quotes
An inquiry or quote is not an offer or a contract. A quote is valid only as written and is subject to a signed agreement, license verification and compliance review. We usually reply with a quote within 48 hours. That is a target, not a guarantee.
Your compliance
You are responsible for the laws of your own state, including California, Nevada, Oklahoma, New York and others. Packaging and labeling rules vary. Content here is not legal advice.
Use of the site
Content and marks belong to PRIMETIME Enterprises. Do not scrape the site or misuse the form. Information you submit is licensed to us only to respond to your inquiry, as described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
