PRIVACY
Who we are
PRIMETIME Enterprises provides co-packing, white-label and supply-chain services to licensed cannabis businesses. Privacy questions: sales@ptcopack.com.
Who this site is for
This site is for business visitors and prospects who are 21 or older. It is not directed at consumers or anyone under 21.
What we collect
- Quote form: name, company, email, optional phone, states, formats, packaging, quantities, target date, flower supply and notes. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
- State updates: if you join, your email address and the page you joined from.
- Analytics: Vercel Web Analytics records page address, referrer, coarse location, device and browser, and a hash-based visitor identifier. Vercel Web Analytics sets no cookies.
- Captcha: hCaptcha evaluates signals such as IP address and interaction data to tell people from bots. It loads when you start using the quote form or the state-update sign-up. hCaptcha may set or read cookies or local storage on your device when the form loads.
- Age gate: your answer is kept in your own browser (local storage, with session storage as a fallback) for 30 days so you are not asked on every visit. It is not sent to us. We do not ask for or log a date of birth.
Why we use it
To prepare and send your quote, send state updates you asked for, follow up on your inquiry, prevent spam and abuse, understand aggregate site use, and meet legal obligations.
Who processes it
Service providers: Web3Forms (form processing), Microsoft (email), Vercel (hosting and analytics) and hCaptcha. Web3Forms may use spam-screening vendors.
No sale or sharing
We do not sell or share personal information, and we run no advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. We do not respond differently to Do Not Track signals because we do not track you across sites. Other parties that collect activity data on this site are limited to those listed above.
Retention
State-update emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Quote requests are kept as long as needed to answer your request and keep ordinary business records. Analytics data is aggregated.
